At iConCity, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your iConCity account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronic devices in their original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the exterior of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure tracked delivery to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
